Severe Weather conditions November 2015

In the event of severe weather the safety of your children is paramount.

Please send your children to school dressed appropriately for the weather.

Ensure that the school has your current contact details and the name of a family that you would be happy for your child to go home with in the case of an emergency.

Wherever possible, the school will remain open.

There will be only one guaranteed gritted entrance to the school. This is the pedestrian entrance nearest the School Crossing Patrol, Mr George Bickwell.

The children should enter via the gate, cross at the Pelican Crossing and walk directly up the path to the Main School Entrance.

School Trips could be affected and if so will be cancelled during this time.

We will use text, twitter, website messages and email to communicate arrangements where possible

Please leave extra time for delivering your child to school and advise all relatives, carers and emergency contacts of these arrangements.
